Our comprehensive questionnaire and initial design meetings will help Casa Vera narrow in not only on your unique design style, but we’ll get to know who you are and how we can help create a home that compliments your lifestyle.
Ok, but what if I don't actually know what my style is?
No worries, that’s why we’re here! Lots of people don't know what their actual design preferences are until they're presented with options. Another important reason why we prioritize getting to know who you are.

How long will it take to receive my final .pdf package?
Each home and project is unique, however, a specific timeline will be included in your
contract before signing. Generally you can assume the following:
Fresh Eyes: 1-2 weeks
New Vision: 2-3 weeks
Clean Slate: custom
Our timeline will be based the size of your project, but also on your response time. There will likely be answers to questions needed in order to continue moving forward with the design. We ask that you respond to emails within 24-48 hrs in order for us to get your design completed as quickly as possible.
Need it sooner? Reach out and we can discuss what you’re looking for and and develop a timeline that meets your needs (while still being realistic).
What is a clickable shopping list?
A clickable shopping list will include all of the accessories and/or furniture we have curated for your space based on your selected package. Included in your final .pdf will be a slide that allows you to simply click on the item to purchase. The beauty of receiving a shopping list is that you can purchase the items at your own pace. The .pdf is yours forever! Our hope is that this curated list will not only be convenient, but inspire you to add your own personal touches as well.
What if an item you are suggesting is no longer available or out of stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot control other retailers' inventory. However, if an item we suggest is no longer available within 1 year of the projects completion, we are happy to source an alternative for you.
Can we request specific items?
Yes! When filling out the initial questionnaire you will be prompted to answer a series of questions that will give us an idea of your overall budget, design taste, where you like to shop and more. Is sustainability a priority for you? Tell us! Are you willing to spend more for a quality piece? Tell us! Obsessed with Lulu & Georgia? Tell us! The more we know the more you’ll love the final results.
What line items will be included in your estimate?
Our estimate will clearly detail the designer fees. It will not include the cost of any furniture or accessories. All furniture and accessories can be purchased by you at your own pace.
I would prefer to not deal with the hassle of purchasing and scheduling deliveries, can you do that for me?
For an additional designer fee we will gladly purchase all furniture and schedule deliveries accordingly. Please add this request to the “Anything else we should know?” section of the questionnaire.
What if my favorite stores don’t fit into my desired budget?
The core of our business is transparency. So, we'll discuss your budget prior to contract signing. For example, if you tell us you love all things Restoration Hardware, we'll let you know what a realistic budget for those high-end pieces might be. If that estimate sounds too pricey, we'll work with you to find alternatives that fit your style and budget. Casa Vera won't countersign a contract that we don't confidently feel we can deliver.
Do you offer discounts for multiple rooms?
Yes! A $75 discount will be subtracted from your estimate for each additional room. In order to receive the discount, all rooms must be confirmed at the time of initial contract signing.
What if I want different packages for different rooms?
Not a problem! And yes, you would still receive the multi-room discount. For example, you’re interested in the Fresh Eye’s package for your living room, but wanting some major changes in your kitchen? No problem! Our detailed, transparent estimate will break down the individual cost for each space.
Do you offer any referral programs?
Yes! We offer a $50 service credit as a thank you for any referrals (max of $200). We also offer a 10% discount for all returning customers.
What if I’m not satisfied with the experience?
Our service is a collaboration from start to finish. All packages include unlimited email communication to ensure you are satisfied with the final result. We ask lots of questions and work hard to get to know not only your design style, but you personally. We do this because we believe homes are personal and should be treated with care. If for any reason we fall short, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve the issue.
